The breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of options. the hotel's location is convenient for exploring the city on foot. the room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful.
No water boiler or tea bags in the room. You have to pay 2 euro for hot water and a tea bag.

Friendly reception. We had a large very comfortable bedroom. Nice breakfast and excellent service. The hotel is situated in a side street of the Via Roma. Public transportation and the shuttle bus to the airport are nearby.
The Via Roma is a very busy street and although the hotel is located in a quite street, you still hear the traffic noise.

Nice big rooms, nice breakfast, location is within walking distance of most sights.
The kitchenette is not usable, most cupboards were locked. This was not an issue for us, but could be a problem if you were planning to use these facilities. It is a hotel, not a residence.

The stay was very nice; nothing to complain about. The place was pleasant and restaurant was really great. The breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and was very very good and adequate. I liked the room, it was huge and immaculately clean and had WiFi and a TV set. The stuff where all nice, pleasant.
Could not be improved in any way!

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for exploring all the nearby attractions. We were able to walk to the shops and historical sites with ease, and there was even a convenient bus service nearby. The suite we stayed in was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with three balconies allowing for plenty of natural light and fresh air. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of options including meats, cheeses, tomatoes, toast, croissants. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.
Highly recommended!

Helpful, friendly staff and a good location justified our choice of hotel for a short (2 nights) break. Only 10 minutes walk from the airport bus drop/pick up point in one of the better districts of Palermo. The accommodation provided (a very large suite at a bargain price) made this a very comfortable short break. Continental breakfast very acceptable.
Neither me or my wife has a bad thing to say about the hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with a large and luxurious room that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, being centrally located near sights and nightlife, yet in a quiet street. The staff, especially a helpful lady at reception, were friendly and professional.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety.

Located in a nice area near the historical center 🏰. the hotel has a standard but well-decorated look. the breakfast is fantastic, especially the croissants and toast are yummy.

The hotel is easy to find with direct acces to the centre and airport shuttle busses.Spacy rooms, quiet location in a sidestreet from Via Roma.
Reception is not always occupied, gives an unpleasant feeling in case of emergency or late unexpected arrival at the hotel for checking in.Hotel is ok for 1 or 2 nights citytrip.

A suite on special offer provides exceptional value, and an inbuilt kitchen offers the option for self catering. The location is some distance from the main sights and transport hub, but nearer the shopping/business district. This means a bit more travelling to see the sights but very convenient dining and shopping. Palermo is a boisterous, noisy city, but the hotel is on a quiet side street just off of the Via Roma, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed.
The breakfast is a bit unremarkable for a 4-star, but perfectly acceptable with special offer price room.

The staff knew their stuff and were always willing to help. How clean the hotel was at all times. The breakfast was very very good!
My only issue with my stay was a constant banging noise from either a water tank or something else in the near area although probably nothing the hotel could do?!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week while exploring the beautiful Arab-Norman sites of the city. The location was perfect, with most attractions within walking distance. The hotel itself was secure and noise-free, with rooms that felt like bank vaults. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. I also appreciated the option to book a shuttle to the beach in Mondello and reserve sunbeds there. a great experience.
100% Recommend this hotel.

location was great, parking was easy
One reception staff member not particularly helpful. She could speak english but not really interested so she chose to ignore me and speak to my husband in Italian instead. So would not recommend to other english speaking guests.Other than that 1 point the hotel was a good place to stay

A little jewel, in the heart of Palermo's via Roma, in the middle of everything. Our plane came in late, well past the check-in time, but they waited for us. Nice, quiet place, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Lots of independence, as you get the keys to both your room and the front door of the building. Loved it.
If you rent a car at the airport and drive in, it is not easy to find, as the Palermo signage is bad and the streets are one way. So, this is more about finding driving destinations in Palermo than about the hotel. If you can, get a GPS. Better if you do not drive in Palermo.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
